You will own the design (no need to credit Monoyagi02 for DESIGN). For the art, it will follow usual terms of service.

Terms of Service

✰Digital art commission. Nothing will be shipped to you.

✰Payment through PayPal invoice. Can also accept USD but EURO is prefered.

✰Only PERSONAL USE allowed. For commercial use, please buy copyright from me for an additional fee. Partial copyright can also be bought (only for certain uses). The price will depend on what it will be used for. Please discuss with me.

✰It is considered commercial use if you use my art to: earn money/other form of currency, advertise your business, branding, make it part of anything that earns money for you (book cover, merchandise, games, etc), as a perk for paid subscribers.

✰Please credit me (monoyagi02) when posting the art and link back to one of my profiles.

✰Full payment before starting the commission.

✰About refunds: NO REFUNDS unless I haven't started your commission 3 months after payment (note: PayPal keeps the processing fee of the transaction even in case of refund).

✰About changes and revisions: in case you want revisions because of your error (request was not clear, was not specified, you changed your mind, you don't like how it came out and want to try something different), you'll have to pay up to double of the price depending on degree of changes (I might need to restart drawing from 0 if you need big changes. Please understand).
In case the error was due to my misinterpretation, no additional fee will be charged. However, please correct me when I show you WIPs, otherwise I will take my interpretation as correct.
During WIP, I will allow up to 3 minor revisions (change details such as eyes, facial expression, add accessories, etc) or 1 major revision (change pose during sketch phase, change color of clothes, etc) for free.

✰Please don't edit my art without permission (color my sketches, tracing, changing clothes, recoloring, etc). Minor edits like cropping, adding text and filters are ok.

✰I will reserve all rights on my art (post them on my profiles, use them as commission samples) but I won't claim your OC as mine.

FAQ:

-How long is turn around time?
Generally 3 days to 1 month depending on complexity.

-Can I request a faster turn around time?
If you have a deadline, please do say so before starting the commission (for example, if it's a birthday present and it needs to be done within a certain date). If your deadline requires me to make you skip the waitlist or needs me to hurry the process, I might ask you a little extra sum. There's also a chance I might reject your commission if I can't follow your deadline.

-ToS say that you won't refund, but what if you don't start my commission after long time?
In general, I will ask you for payment when I'm ready to start the commission, so you won't have to wait too long. But you can also pay when you're still in waitlist, so I can start right away when it's your turn and don't have to wait you to send payment. I will keep you updated very often about progress and delays.

-Can I keep the sketches/WIPs of my commission?
Yes, you can keep them for personal use. But you can't edit them nor finish them. You can't keep custom design ideas that you've rejected.

-Do you do bulk commissions for cheaper price?
Yes, please send me a messages with details (how many art pieces and for what use) for a custom price.

Copyright and commercial use

It is considered commercial purpose any use related to branding or earning benefits directly or indirectly in form of money, digital currency, points, paid subscribers.

If you want to buy partial copyright, the fee depends on the type of commercial use (advertisement art, printed on merchandise, game art, etc).
Copyright can also be bought at a later time after the commission.
Can discuss for revenue sharing instead of buying copyright.

Examples of pricing:

Promotional art: commission price + 50%
Game art, book cover: commission price + 100% (if game is non-commercial, it can be +50%)
Sellable art (prints, merchandise, T-shirt, comics etc): commission price + 300% (at least 200€ for copyright fee).
Art that can be "used" by paid subscribers of the client (e.g. twitch emote, art accessible to patrons): +10% if the number of subscribers is consistent. No additional charges for small communities.

What's considered personal use (no need to buy copyright):

Use as: profile picture, wallpaper, reference for your character.
Give to someone as present (the receiver will also have to follow my ToS).
Print ONE COPY for yourself as phone cover, T-shirt, notebook cover, poster etc.
